Job summary

Asda is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver in Melksham for a part-time, permanent role. You will deliver groceries to customers’ doors, load the van, and keep it clean for the next delivery. When busy, assist with picking and packing online orders and support your team.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence and flexibility to work afternoons and weekends. Training is provided to ensure high standards of customer service and safety.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

What you’ll bring:

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings – no two days are the same.
