Job summary

Asda is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver in Cwmbran for a part-time role. You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, delivering groceries with a smile and keeping your van tidy for the next delivery.

Load your van, deliver to regular customers, and help the team during peak times by picking and packing online orders. Training provided; weekend/evening shifts available.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) for 12+ months with ≤6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Load and deliver orders to customers' front doors with a smile.
• Keep the delivery van clean and ready for next runs.
• Assist the team during busy periods, including picking and packing online orders.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service.
• Follow safety and road traffic regulations.

Whether you're loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic - we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
