Job summary

Listers Group in Lincoln is seeking a Customer Contact Specialist for our Toyota dealership to drive vehicle sales by generating renewals leads, coordinating appointments, and handling enquiries via live chat and databases.

Hours are 8:30am–6pm, Monday to Friday. The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £40,000 plus benefits, with a vibrant, growing department and training opportunities.

Job description

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Toyota dealership in Lincoln.

Hours of work are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £40,000 plus benefits.

This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

Role And Responsibilities

• Actively generate renewals leads and coordinate appointment bookings across the Toyota Group to drive vehicle sales using available systems and databases.
• Engage with customers through our live chat platform to manage incoming enquiries.
• Conduct daily prospecting, run campaigns within designated systems, and update KPIs and efficiencies consistently.
• Contribute to increasing the Dealership’s retention rates and achieving set targets.
• Liaise directly with our client database, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations in line with company best practices.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by your manager.

About You

• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
