Nationwide is hiring a Customer Consultant for our Paisley, Renfrewshire branch. The role is permanent, full-time 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, and you’ll help customers in person and over the phone, guiding them through everyday banking and digital tools.

You’ll play a key part in delivering great customer experiences, with training during the first weeks, competitive benefits, and a supportive team committed to fairer finances.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is helpful.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfort with digital banking tools and technology.

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer friendly help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, prioritising security and fairness.
• Help customers get the most from digital services, making banking easier and more accessible.
