Wescot Credit Services is seeking a Welsh-speaking Customer Service Executive for remote work. You will handle Welsh and English calls, support customers with financial wellbeing, and operate within my credit services campaigns.

The role offers remote training, 31 days holiday pro rata, and flexible shifts. You will be the first point of contact for Welsh-speaking customers, delivering five-star service from a dedicated team.

Customer Service Executive (Welsh Speaker) Remote working

Wescot Credit Services are on the lookout for a Welsh-Speaking Customer Consultants to join one of our outsource campaigns starting 19th October 2026! Mae Wescot Credit Services ydych chwilio am Gynghorwyr Cwsmeriaid sy'n siarad Cymraeg i ymuno â un o'n ymgyrchoedd allanol.

Salary: Up to £27,081.60 (based on 40 hrs per week) depending on experience Hours: Option to choose from a 37.5 or 40 hour contact Shifts: We are open Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 6.30pm and Saturdays 8.30am – 1pm. You will work on a rotational shift pattern within those hours which include 1 in 3 Saturdays, but don’t worry we’ll give you a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shifts.

Remote Training: 3 weeks with a dedicated L&D Trainer supporting you. Fully remote working 31 days holiday (pro rata) - including all bank holidays. We are looking for team players who matches our enthusiasm, work ethic and our outlook to 5-star customer service to be the first point of contact in supporting Welsh-Speaking customers in their preferred language.

Use active listening skills to support our customers to achieve financial wellbeing. Have empathy and resilience, be comfortable talking about difficult subjects and be able to deliver tailored solutions with care. Have great attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
