Job summary

Network Plus is seeking reliable individuals to support our water mains replacement programme by hand-delivering notification letters to households and businesses. This part-time role runs Thu–Sat across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire, with a focus on customer service and data protection compliance.

You will deliver letters securely, engage professionally with local communities, report issues to the central team, and drive a company van safely.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Confident using a smartphone for routes and reporting via an app.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Able to communicate clearly and politely with members of the public.

We’re looking for full time and part time reliable, friendly and conscientious individuals to support our water mains replacement programme by hand-delivering important notification letters to households and businesses ahead of work starting in their community. The work areas will be in Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire. This is a customer facing role and an important step in providing our customers with a continued positive customer experience.

Compensation: £10,600 / year

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure letters are delivered securely and to the correct properties
• Engage politely and professionally within local communities
• Report access issues or concerns back to the central team
• Drive and use a company van safely and responsibly
• Understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.

This is a part time role, working Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Full UK driving licence
• Confident using a smart phone for routes and reporting via an app
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Able to communicate clearly and politely with members of the public

Desirable (but Not Essential)
