Job summary

Network Plus is seeking reliable individuals to support our water mains replacement programme by hand-delivering notification letters to households and businesses. This part-time role runs Thu–Sat across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire, with a focus on customer service and data protection compliance.

You will deliver letters securely, engage professionally with local communities, report issues to the central team, and drive a company van safely.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Confident using a smartphone for routes and reporting via an app.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Able to communicate clearly and politely with members of the public.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters securely to correct properties.
• Engage politely within local communities.
• Report access issues or concerns to the central team.
• Drive and use a company van safely and responsibly.
