Job summary

Tesco is hiring at our stores across the UK. You will help customers with a friendly, proactive service approach, assist with shelves, checkouts, and online order picking, and support overall store performance. We offer flexible hours starting from 12–16 hours per week and a range of benefits.

Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with additional payments possible in some locations. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with shifts scheduled in advance.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for delivering great service.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide helpful assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with Tesco products and services and assist when needed.
• Support across store duties including shelf replenishment and checkout service.
• Assist with online order picking and occasional delivery tasks.
• Contribute to strong store performance and waste reduction.
