Tesco is seeking a Store Colleague to join our team. You’ll help customers, work with great people, and enjoy variety, flexibility, and chances to grow. We offer a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week with options from 12 hours, and in-store pay starting at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores.

• Over 18 for this role.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.

Responsabilidades

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
