Job summary

Jewson, part of Stark UK, is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service role based in the UK. You will greet customers, identify needs, and provide quick, friendly service while maintaining high standards across yard, counter and shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge every customer and ascertain their needs with quick, efficient service
• Ask open questions to build relationships and understand current and future requirements
• Maintain high standards across the yard, counter and shop floor
• Operate machinery safely and perform offloading, picking, packing, restocking and loading
• Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin and service
• Continually develop knowledge of core and specialist product lines
• Loading and unloading vehicles manually and with forklift (training provided)
