Job summary

M&S is seeking a Security Officer to join our premium retail environment. You will help create a safe, welcoming store by maintaining a visible presence, assisting customers and colleagues, and responding calmly to incidents. This customer‑facing role requires strong communication, professionalism and sound judgement.

A minimum of 5 years of trackable UK work history is preferred. You will be offered guaranteed 40+ hours per week, a 20% colleague discount, full training and ongoing development
