The role emphasizes excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, with duties spanning frontline queries, reception, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Good IT skills and confidence across multiple systems and applications.
• Analytical, influencing and decision-making capability.
• GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for internal and external customers.

• Represent DHL professionally in every customer interaction.
• Complete administrative and operational tasks to support the Service Centre.
