Job summary

GSF Car Parts is hiring a General Assistant in the United Kingdom. The role covers delivery driving, warehouse operations and counter sales to support excellent customer service and branch targets.

You will handle face-to-face sales, assist with stock, process click and collect orders and contribute to a positive team performance while meeting KPIs. A full UK driving licence is advantageous and flexibility across branches is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably retail, sales, warehouse or delivery.
• Positive, proactive approach focused on service and resolving queries.
• Motivated and target-driven with ability to contribute to branch performance.
• Confident using IT systems to support orders, stock management and interactions.
• Flexibility to work across delivery, warehouse and counter sales.

Responsibilities

• Delivery driving duties and safe, timely delivery to customers.
• Serve trade and retail customers at the counter and upsell where appropriate.
• Pick and pack parts from the warehouse for orders.
• Support click and collect orders and serve customers promptly.
• Assist sales with product promotions and queries by phone/email.
• Handle returns and ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness and safety.
