You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating appointments, liaising with estimators and technicians, and ensuring clear communication throughout the repair journey.

The role requires a professional, customer-focused approach and strong organisational skills to manage inquiries, bookings, and updates while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the Bodyshop.
• Welcome customers professionally and establish the nature of their enquiry or vehicle repair requirements.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Book vehicles into the Bodyshop and coordinate appointments for assessments, repairs and collections.
• Keep customers informed on progress of repairs and liaise with estimators and technicians.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and collections with accurate paperwork.
• Ensure records are maintained up to date throughout the repair journey.
• Support with administration of courtesy vehicles and repair documentation.
