Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit a new full-time and permanent Customer Care Specialist to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers, providing proactive customer service and problem solving.
  • Follow up with customers and collaborate with sales colleagues.
  • Ensure the Operational Care Centres (OCCs) have all necessary information, including systematic data, to serve customers effectively.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience during every engagement.
  • Document and investigate deviations from expected service levels, executing activities via the Customer Care system.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills, capable of prioritising and meeting deadlines.

Salary: approx. £25k per annum (negotiable for the right candidate).
