Trane Technologies in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service while actively probing customers to uncover sales opportunities. You will work with the Backoffice and Sales teams to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience.

This role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven improvement, and strong communication. You will use CRM tools and MS Office to report on trends, support proposals, and ensure quotes meet KPI targets

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer care or sales support role.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and sales techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Handle high volume incoming calls and transfer information accurately.
Build and maintain relationships with customers as a trusted contact.
Collaborate with Sales Team to share insights and opportunities in CRM.
Ensure quotes are completed within KPI limits across departments.
Identify opportunities to integrate sales opportunities into the care process.
Provide reporting and analysis on customer interactions to improve sales potential.
Support admin and care teams with peak-time tasks.
