Job summary

Zenith Group in the UK is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our Credit Control team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage your own caseload, and support customers in arrears with empathy and professionalism.

The role blends phone work with one administrative day per week, and offers development through our MyGPS framework, with clear pathways to Senior Executive or Team Leader as you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in arrears management or collections.
• Ideally knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• High levels of empathy and the ability to ask the right questions.
• Calmness and resilience in challenging conversations.
• Strong organisational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and manage your own caseload.
• Make outbound calls to support customers in arrears.
• Assess affordability and discuss payment plans.
• Liaise with consumer credit counselling agencies.
• Keep customer accounts up to date with internal teams.
• Spend one day per week on administrative tasks.
