This isn't your average collections role - you'll be managing inbound calls, engaging with customers in various financial situations, and crafting personalised, affordable solutions to meet their needs.

You will be working in an environment that offers new opportunities every day, with the convenience of free parking, easy access to local transport links, and proximity to shops for your breaks.

Don't drive? No problem! We offer a FREE shuttle bus service to and from Preston Brook office, connecting you to Runcorn and Warrington stations. After a qualifying period of around 6 months, you'll have the flexibility to work from home if you prefer! Enjoy the balance of office and home working while being part of a supportive team.

Job Description:

Key information:

  • You will work 40 hours per week between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday, and 9am-5pm on Saturdays on a rota basis. Rota examples will be provided at interview.
  • Training lasts approximately 4 weeks, working 8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
  • Following training, an 8-week learning academy will be held, with working hours between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday, and 9am-5pm on Saturdays on a rota basis.

  • Handling inbound calls, speaking and listening to customers in different financial situations, and providing tailored, affordable solutions.
  • Managing customer complaints in accordance with FCA standards.
  • Supporting vulnerable customers with care and understanding.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team to meet targets.
  • Building rapport through meaningful conversations and delivering excellent customer service.
