Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Store Fill Lead to manage early-morning fill operations and ensure a sales floor ready to trade. You will coordinate resources, lead the floor in the Colleague Manager's absence, and uphold M&S customer service standards.

The role requires coordinating opening and closing tasks, maintaining store presentation, and supporting nearby stores as needed. A strong team presence and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation to ensure the sales floor is ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation.
• Lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience.
• Enable daily operational processes across the store at the correct times.
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Role model great customer service and M&S behaviours.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to drive high performance.
• Support nearby stores if operationally required.
• Responsible for being a key holder and answering call outs as required.
• Open/close tasks: receipt of vehicles, temperature controls, logging issues with Helpdesks, cash handling and TSL compliance.

Responsible for tasks related to the opening and closing of the building, including receipt of vehicles, temperature controls, logging operational issues with relevant Helpdesks, cash handling and TSL compliance in peripheral hours.
