Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Bakery section. You will be at the sharp end of fresh produce, working under pressure with precision to deliver hot bread, fresh perspectives, and five-star service to customers.

You will be a hands-on, sleeves-up brand ambassador, rising early to help maintain high standards of food quality and safety, managing demand, and balancing speed with accuracy across shifts.
