Job summary

Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Bakery section, working early shifts from 05:30 to 13:00 on Tue–Sat. You’ll be at the sharp end of fresh produce, delivering hot bread and five-star service under pressure. <\/p>

Applicants must be 18 or over. An unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour applies to hours between 22:00 and 06:00. <\/p>

Responsibilities

• Deliver hot bread, fresh perspectives and fast, five-star service to customers.
• Confidently manage demand, keep shelves full and customers impressed.
• Balance speed with safety to ensure freshness and availability during peak hours.
• Work across different roles as needed and embrace each shift with determination.
• Be a hands-on, sleeves-up brand ambassador bringing energy and attention to detail.
