Job summary

Marks and Spencer in Hedge End is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Food section. You’ll be on the frontline, delivering five-star service, answering questions about our products, and helping customers find exactly what they need in a fast-paced store.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, use Sparks App and store devices to assist shoppers, and be a reliable team player who stays calm under pressure while driving sales.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work night shifts and weekends.
• 18+ years old per safety policy.
