Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is recruiting for a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service and answering customer questions with accuracy and enthusiasm.

The role includes working early morning shifts and promoting new food products to meet high demand. You’ll need to stay resilient, be a brand ambassador, and use our Sparks App and store devices to assist customers and complete tasks efficiently across different store areas.
