Sainsbury's Southampton is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver friendly, helpful service and make customers feel valued. You’ll assist across store tasks, from stocking shelves to serving customers and answering questions.

You will learn products, promotions and use digital tools to enhance the shopping experience, while thriving in a fast-paced environment and working closely with your team.

• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.

• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers.
