Job summary

Lidl GB in Blandford Forum is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. You’ll cover restocking shelves, tills, and keeping the store clean and organized while delivering excellent service.

Shifts vary from 5am to 11pm, with 25-30 hours per week. You’ll earn £13.45-£14.45 per hour, plus a 10% in-store discount, pension, and holiday allowance pro rata. We support career progression from Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery Specialist roles.

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests

• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
