Sainsbury's Limited in Oxford (Walton Street Local Store) is hiring a part-time retail assistant. You will put customers first, help stock shelves, pick orders, serve customers and use digital tools to improve the shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility, teamwork and a proactive approach to learn about products and promotions. Shifts include Sundays and Wednesdays, 12:00–23:00, with a 15-hour weekly commitment and a permanent contract.

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
