Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited in Henley-in-Arden is inviting applications for a part-time store colleague earning £13.23 per hour. This permanent position involves 12 hours per week with shifts planned three weeks in advance, including evening availability Sunday, Wednesday and Friday 17:00–23:00.

You’ll put customers first, assist with shelving, stock movement, order picking, and use digital tools to improve service.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
