Job summary

Co-op is looking for Customer Team Members to join our store in Brampton. You'll deliver friendly, helpful service to customers and support day-to-day store operations.

You may work on the shop floor, at the tills, or in post office/bakery areas, with shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Customer Team Member Location: Front Street , Brampton, CA8 1NG Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts from 6am, middle shifts, and closing shifts to
10.15pm.

At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend.

Full, paid training provided. You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either, working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business-related needs.

We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op, join us and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day.

Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery.

Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

Why this job matters: You'll help keep our shelves stocked and support sales, making sure customers can find what they need.

You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities.

What you'll do:

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, and contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Make sure the store safe and legal

• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community

What you'll bring:

• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team
