Job summary

Co-op is looking for Customer Team Members to join our Hereford store, located at 1 College Road, Hereford, HR1 1EE. You will help deliver friendly, helpful service in a busy Co-op store and may assist in the post office, bakery, or with online orders.

You’ll make life easier for customers while supporting everyday store operations. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, with responsibilities on the shop floor and tills, stock checks, pricing accuracy, and community promotion.

• A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering great service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly service and helping with issues as they arise.

Customer Team Member Location: 1 College Road , Hereford, HR1 1EE Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 14 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: Opening shifts, early morning starts through to early afternoon.

Will include at least 1 weekend shift which will require flexible availability.

We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op, join us and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day.

Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery.

Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities.

What you'll do:
