Job summary

Certsure, the NICEIC brand, seeks a Customer Data and Analytics Manager to transform complex customer data into clear insights. You will lead a team, own analytics platforms (GA4) and shape business decisions with data-driven narratives.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Digital Experience and CX to improve customer journeys, manage budgets and deliver impactful reports. Hybrid working and a focus on data governance are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, CS or related field.
• Experience leading customer data/analytics teams.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Create reports and dashboards turning complex data into practical recommendations.
• Extract, transform and combine data from multiple systems for reporting.
• Lead development of customer feedback methods and surveys.
• Own analytics platforms and ensure effective use (e.g., GA4).
• Coach and develop your team while managing budgets and SLAs.
