ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about motorsport and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re expanding our dynamic Sales Team and seeking a proactiveCustomer After-Sales Advisorto deliver exceptional support across our global motorsport programmes. This is a key role within our business, offering a unique opportunity to engage with valued clients and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and care.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with global teams to deliver timely parts and services.

  • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Create and manage time schedules based on customer requirements.

  • Promote and upsell relevant products and services.

  • Organise component rebuilds in collaboration with internal departments.

  • Keep customer informed on the status of orders and rebuilds.

  • Liaise with the Accounts department to ensure smooth payment processing and documentation.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.

  • A confident communicator with superb telephone etiquette and negotiation skills.

  • Technically minded with a basic understanding of automotive parts and commercial documentation.

  • Computer literate with strong MS Office skills and experience using stock control systems.

  • A collaborative problem-solver who builds trust-based relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in the automotive or motorsport industry, especially in a dealership or after-sales environment.
