Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Customer Advisor to work onsite, assisting customers at the till and in the back shop while delivering great service. You will promote store offers, help customers choose products, and maintain a clean, well-stocked shop floor.

Training is provided and you will be part of a supportive team focused on delivering an outstanding shopping experience. The role values clear communication, working well in a team, and a proactive approach to helping customers find the best products

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly customer service and helpful advice.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities
