Job summary

Boots is hiring a Customer Advisor to join our store team onsite. You’ll assist customers at the tills, offer product advice, and help keep the shop floor welcoming and well stocked.

You’ll report to the Assistant or Store Manager and be part of a team focused on delivering a great shopping experience. We provide award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service and a benefits package including retirement savings, discounts, and flexible options.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and put them at ease; listen to find out more about them, answer questions and give great advice on products.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers to maximise value.
• Help stores run smoothly by ensuring the right products are displayed, providing a great service on tills, and assisting with stock in the stockrooms.
• Work with the team to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
• You will be provided with award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
