The heart of the TradePoint counter involves engaging with all kinds of trade members daily. You’ll take ownership of your TradePoint members, get to know them and their businesses through meaningful conversations, which positions you well to recommend suitable products and services.

What we need:

A great communicator and team player who can work well with colleagues and customers. You should be adaptable in different situations, capable of building relationships with customers, and attentive to new business opportunities. You’ll enjoy helping trade members find value through promotions and our trade loyalty scheme. Continuous skill development through training and learning from others is important. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required.
