Job summary

Henderson Group is hiring a Customer Advisor for SPAR Malone in Belfast. The role involves assisting customers, operating checkouts, stocking and merchandising, and ensuring excellent service across shifts from 7am–11pm, 30 hours per week.

The successful candidate will thrive in a team, bring a positive attitude, and be ready to cover the Post Office when required. Training is provided, and the group emphasizes values like Ambition and Integrity.

Qualifications

• Don’t worry if you have no previous retail experience, we’ll provide you with all the right training.

Responsibilities

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
