Henderson Group's SPAR/Foodmarket in Limavady is hiring a Customer Advisor to help run the store with a strong focus on service. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and includes shifts from 7:00am to 11:00pm across Monday to Sunday to cover peak times.

You will greet customers, advise on products, operate checkouts, replenish stock, and ensure price accuracy on shelf labels, contributing to a positive shopping experience and store performance.

Formación

• No prior retail experience required; full training provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise on products.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and maintain price accuracy.
• Cover the Post Office when required.
• Adhere to company policies and deliver high customer service.
