Job summary

Henderson Group in Newtownabbey, NI, is seeking a Customer Advisor on a part‑time basis (10 hours per week). You will listen to customers, advise on products and service, and help ensure a warm, efficient shopping experience.

Responsibilities include operating checkouts accurately, replenishing and merchandising stock, and ensuring correct price labeling. Some Post Office coverage may be required, with shifts Mon–Sun, 6:00am–11:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand our customers' needs and advise them about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Stock is mercandised to enhance sales.
• All stock is displayed at the correct price using Shelf Edge Labels.
• Active ensure high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store.
• May be required to cover the Post Office as part of this role.
