Job summary

Henderson Group are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our store team in the United Kingdom. This part-time role offers 16 hours per week, with shifts from 6:00am to 10:00pm and a degree of flexibility.

Pay rates range from £11.75 to £13.10 per hour, depending on age and benefits, with training provided in a family‑owned company that values its people. You will listen to customers, advise on products, operate checkouts, replenish stock, and ensure correct price labelling and displays while

Qualifications

• No previous retail experience required; training provided.
• Team members should have personality, energy and a positive attitude.
• Able to work flexibly within 6:00am–10:00pm shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by listening to needs and advising on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and ensure correct price labelling.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and ensure displays are tidy.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
• May cover the Post Office when required; perform other duties as needed.
