Job summary

Boots The Boots Company PLC is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our onsite team in the London area. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.02–£15.10, with a pay rise after 6 months and full training funded by the Institute of Customer Service.

You’ll assist customers on tills, advise on products, promote offers, and help stock and back-room operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience. We value teamwork and proactive service from friendly, engaged colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at tills and in-store queries with friendly, expert advice.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Help with stock in the back and on the shop floor to keep displays well presented.
• Work with colleagues to ensure a clean, welcoming store environment and a great shopping experience.
• Participate in award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
