Job summary

B&Q Liverpool is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. You will help customers with home improvement needs, manage stock, and contribute to attractive store displays. Training in paint mixing and timber cutting may be provided, but delivering excellent customer service is the main goal.

The role requires flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays, with an 24-hour per week schedule at Liverpool Shopping Park.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with product questions and home improvement ideas.
• Assist with stock management and stock replenishment.
• Set up and maintain in-store displays and ensure the store looks inviting.
