Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a Customer Advisor to support customers on-site, assist at the tills, and promote Boots products and offers. Training is provided, and you will work as part of a collaborative team to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

The role offers an hourly pay range with increases after 6 months. You will be joining a well-known retailer with an emphasis on customer care and a vibrant store environment.

Qualifications

• Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.
• Communicate and listen effectively.
• Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative team dynamic.
• Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions.
• Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help our customers find the best products for them.
• Have 5 years of unbroken references to obtain an airside pass. References must be day specific. If an unaccounted period is longer than 28 days, an additional reference should be provided to cover this short period.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers and put them at ease; listen, answer questions and offer great advice on Boots products.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers.
• Help stores run smoothly with proper product displays and stock replenishment.
• Work with the team to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Provide award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
