About the role

Customer Advisor - Checkouts

Part time - 15 hours per week

3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 9.00pm

Fully flexible - Full Availability

UK Notional hourly rate £12.21 per hour*

*Raising to £12.71 per hour from 1st April

Key responsibilities

1. Become an expert advisor and guide for customers on their home improvement projects.
2. Focus on sales, click & collect, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great.
3. Provide exceptional customer service at the tills.

Required skills & experience

1. Friendly, outgoing, and eager to help others.
2. Willingness to learn new technology and ways of working.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team and be flexible with working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
