Sainsbury's Kendal is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our Argos Kendal team. This part-time role (15 hours per week) focuses on delivering great customer service at the tills, collection counter and for online orders.

• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts,including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

We are looking for a flexibleperson to join our ArgosKendal team on a 15hr (base contract)+ overtime.

The role is generally5 days in7 andwill include workingeveningsand Saturday and Sundayas necessary to cover store opening times. Overtime available on a rota basis, dictated by trade.

Being sales confident is preferable as you will have targets to meet.Full training will be given.

We pay £13.23 per hour.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restocking products from deliveries
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
