Sainsbury's Argos in Milton Keynes is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to support store operations, assist customers and manage collections and payments. Roles include evening and weekend shifts with guaranteed hours to fit around availability. This fixed-term assignment runs through 31 December 2026.

You will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced store environment, focusing on delivering a first-class shopping experience and promoting services and promotions.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
