Sainsbury's Limited is recruiting a Customer Advisor for the Dungannon store. This part-time, fixed-term role runs to 26 December 2026, with 12 hours per week. You will help customers on tills and collection points, assist with online orders, and contribute to a fast-paced, helpful store environment.

You must have Right to Work in the UK and be flexible with shifts including weekends. Training and continuous support will be provided to ensure selling excellence.

• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
