Job summary

Argos in the United Kingdom is looking for a Customer Advisor to help customers at tills, on the shop floor and at the collection counter. You’ll guide product selections and advise on services, delivering a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced store with training across a range of skills, and you’ll be supported by a range of employee benefits and flexible hours to suit availability.

• Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations

• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts,including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
