Sainsbury's Limited, operating Argos Retail in Llandudno, is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to deliver excellent customer service across tills, collection counters and shopfloor. The role involves assisting with stock, processing payments and explaining financial services where relevant.

You will join a fast-paced, high-energy store environment with flexible shifts, and opportunities to learn about products and promotions while supporting team goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens, shopfloor and collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area, process payments and explain financial service offerings where applicable.
• Assist customers on the shop floor, answer questions and help with product selection.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide informed recommendations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
