Sainsbury's Limited, operating Argos Retail in Bangor, is hiring a Customer Advisor for a part-time, fixed-term role. You will support customers in-store and at the collection counter, handling inquiries and payments at the till.

The position offers £13.23 per hour, 12 hours per week, with contract end date 2 January 2027. Flexibility across weekdays and weekends is required, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
