Argos in Dumbarton is seeking a Customer Advisor for a part-time fixed-term role at 12 hours per week. The contract ends 01 February 2027.

You’ll help customers on tills and the collection counter, assist with stock, explain services and provide product recommendations. Flexible shifts include early and late, weekdays and weekends to cover peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products - supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
