Customer Advisor - Pavers, Bideford (Part-Time, 12 hours/week)

Your role will involve delivering high levels of service by advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to meet customer needs, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products.

Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in Customer Care is preferred, but full training and support will be provided. A positive attitude and good behaviors are essential. Our stores foster a nurturing environment for learning, growth, and fun at work.

This part-time Customer Advisor role is based in Bideford, working 12 hours per week across weekends and weekdays. The contract is for six months, with flexible hours.

Pay, Hours & Benefits

• £11.70 per hour (21+), £9.60 (18-20), £7.85 (16-17)
• Pay increase to £12.05 per hour (21+), £9.87 (18-20), £8.07 (16-17) after completing retail induction stages
